I've been trying the Stormrider Warlord belt for about a week as a change from my SOE belt. It works really for appendix carry.

I bought before I knew better. Hence the desire to change. I've been waiting for the belt to get worn out but it just won't. The Stormrider Warlord is thus far excellent. More comfortable, less cumbersome, better looking, and made my nicer people. Oh and it is like half the price. I wouldn't blame you for slapping me over it.

John Willis aside, the SOE belt is solid. Mine just started fraying after 3 years of daily usage. Usually taking a holster on or off once or twice a day.

I wouldn't use an SOE belt even if it was free. I would however make a youtube video of me burning it though so I can be a douche too.

The Warlord belt looks great. Too bad for me I just picked up an Ares Aegis finally. It's pretty great. Could be stiffer. Maybe I should have sprung for the aegis enhanced.

Vertx!  Can't recommend them enough, they're basically roomier (and much cheaper) Arc'teryx pants.  The newer Delta pants are stretchy too so that could be a good option.

I finally got my incog for g43 and hate this thing.  I wanted Appalachian concealment but they are moving and not making holsters.  Anyone know of a better AIWB holster for the 43?

I liked Appalachian concealment's idea by molding the kydex to "wedge" the gun into you and I figured the incog clip would do this but it just doesn't.

also the incog just seems too bulky.

I ended up slicing off one of the mounting points on my incog, I'd suggest making your own wedge and trying that on the incog first.

Someone asked me to post pictures of my modded incog. I generally only use this holster if i'm wearing athletic shorts. I tie the draw string and then put the holster on. It's not a perfect system but if i'm running to the store or coming from the gym i can slip it on. If i'm running or doing anything active i wear belly band. Sometimes i'll throw it on for quick trips or whatever.

I used a cutoff wheel on a dremel to slice the mount off and touched it up with the dremel. I'm sure i could of done a better job with some sand paper or an emery cloth but it works. G Code released some new holsters and hardware recently. The new holster has one mounting point and is mounted in the center of the holster.

It's funny you mention it because I went ahead and cut mine earlier today before I saw your post.

I also just did the mod to add a wedge and what a difference it made.

I run the gun up higher now and can get a full grip, and it tucks way nicer/ is more comfortable.

I also just did the mod to add a wedge and what a difference it made.

I run the gun up higher now and can get a full grip, and it tucks way nicer/ is more comfortable.

How is the Gel Pad held on? Glue?

I just put a single strip of that industrial velcro on either side. Pops together

Nice! What holster is this?

I've got both a RCS Phantom and Vanguard2 for my G27.  I love the vanguard (comfy as hell), but the loop is RIGHT IN THE WAY when I have to draw.  Painful.  No problem in an emergency, just annoying.

I made it myself.

Here's the second one I made.

What holster is this? Looks like a crossbreed. How much room do you have behind the trigger guard, it looks like a ton.

Do you prefer the strut and loop over the clip or just what you have? I've never used a pull the dot and don't know if one is better, all of my Kydex has been over hooks.
