Take a look at the Versacarry leather holsters. Specifically the Protector M1. Inexpensive, light weight, holds the G43 close and securely and is comfortable.

I bought this one and really like it. I did trim a little back near the trigger guard, but that was just preference. Hard to beat for American made, leather, and $33. |

A Fobus paddle is easy on, easy off and it keeps your pistol really close to the body.
I carry my G42 in one for the same reason you stated and it will only set you back about $30 |

Kydex is nice on the sweat side as you can just run it under the faucet and throw it on the counter to dry |

Check out Blackpoint Tactical or Jm custom kydex. Both hold owb guns really close to the body and are supremely comfortable.

There is a member here. Makes a nice holster. I think it's Shadow holsters.
I have a one for my G19/tlr1. Also have a Raven. I carry my cm9 in a owb from time to time |
