I have used and still use the Uncle Mike's Universal Single Magazine Case. (they also have a double) - LINK
They are about $20 and hold a variety of mags from single stack to double stack. Only issue is SHORT mags tend to get lost unless you use a solid plug in the bottom. That and the Velcro can slow your reloads... They do make a wide variety of closed magazine carriers which I like better for concealed carry. |

Those do look nice but $45 + Shipping and that he would need 3 of them for his guns, probably does not meet the "inexpensive" requirement

I have two for my G19 from On Your 6 Design out of Texas. They're outstanding, and usually on sale for $15.
