I have 3 examples of the non operator version of the 6378. Excellent holsters with good retention and fit.

The best thing is the standard models can be had for around $50

I have a 6378 for my woods gun, G20 Gen 4 with TLR-1 HL.

Love it. Fit/finish, everything about it is fantastic.

Another enthusiastic +1.

I use one for my Gen4 G22 with TRL1.  I added the QLS attachment system so I can go from a belt slide to padded MOLLE war belt that has the fork mount.  I've also used the belt slide mount while hunting in the mountains and covering hundreds of miles on a quad.  Never had any worry of losing the firearm even hiking through the thick sage and aspen patches.  Presentation is so fast and the time it took to become proficient with the draw stroke was minimal.  Get it, don't look back!

They've just come out with the new GLS (Grip lock system) that is a much trimmer holster, but I've not seen a version yet that works with an attached weapon light.

I have one for my Glock 32 Gen4, it works great definitely my favorite concealment holster, although I took the paddle off of mine. I just used the belt adapter seems to hold as close to the body as before, but much easier to take off. The paddle is pain to get off, basically had to undue my belt and take off my pants to get it off, if needed, the bonus is even without a belt the paddle holster is not going anywhere.

Another vote for the 6378 here. I have two: one for my G19/TLR1 and one for my G34/35/TLR1. As a plainclothes officer, they are my daily carry. The G35 model easily survived a week of SWAT school.

Several of my guys have put the MLS/QLS system on theirs, so they can swap the holster between their duty belt and thigh rig. Even though the 6378 is designed as a concealment holster, we've had no failures for duty/tactical use.
