I am looking at the Foxx IWB holster. I am losing weight and still losing. My concern is the 4 position....my shirt rides up.

But then sitting in a car, the 2 position seems tight.

...what is comfortable for you?

thanks

Used to carry at 3 but have lately worked into a 4-5 oclock with forward cant. I like the fact that it seems to print less when Im facing people.

I started carrying at 4-4:30.  I think it works better for my muffin tops and I to go to the 3:00 position.  Absolutely no carrying in front of that.

When I get in the car or truck I would have some struggle to whip it out instantly, but I clear the shirt tail so the weapon is accessible.  If I want instant accessibility I have an LC9 in a Nemisis that sits in the crack of the seat/console.

AIWB carry here and easy with a good holster and belt. It helps to have a flat stomach though. Any hang over and it's tough

Edit- I can easily carry AIWB full sized FNH 45, Glock 21 and smaller under a normal shirt with no problems

I carry between 4 and 4:30, Glock 26 in a Foxx hybrid. 6'0, 210.

Haven't had my shirt ride up at all. It can be a bit uncomfy on the back on a long car ride, but for everything else it's quite comfy.

I carry either AIWB at 12:30, or at 3:00. It really depends on what I'm wearing as a cover garment, and where I'm going to be. Majority of the time, I carry AIWB, as I work retail, and with a job that entails a lot of reaching, bending, etc, it prints the least. Outside of work, I frequently carry at 3 oclock. OWB, or IWB, depending on what I'm wearing. Gun is typically a Glock 23, holster is a Cook's Kydex AIWB holster, if I carry OWB it's a Desantis E-gat holster.

Outside of work, I don't care too much if I'm printing. No legal prohibition about printing in Iowa, and OC is good to go also, and I do OC from time to time depending on what I've got going on that day.

I get shirt creep with any pants/shirts combo.  Some creep less than others, but I usually tug them back down when in the bathroom.

I've never been one of those whose shirts stay put all day.  Always chasing them.

It's summer now, so wear my shirt tails out.

I had a good deal of back pain while carrying at 4-5:00.  I tried moving it to 3:00 and was very happy with the difference it made.  Easier to ride in the car, conceals just fine, and no back pain.

I will be going AIWB 100% of the time when my INCOG holster comes in though.

3-330 depending on the pants and shirt.  A Good strong belt makes a big difference too.

A good holster is a necessity.

I use the milt sparks versamax2

4-5 oclock position.

It is uncomfortable to sit in my car with a wallet in my pocket, but with this holster, no issues.

Been carrying at this position for a week or so now and I'm really digging it.  Before that, I was at about 4 o'clock.

This. I carry my G26 in a GCODE INCOG at this position. Contrary to what I've read on several forums, being thin does not guarantee that AIWB will work for you (I'm 145 lbs). I've tried moving it around and no matter what, it looks like I have a large cancer growth near my stomach!

I've since moved the G26 to my strong side and can conceal it without any problems (unless it's a tight T-shirt).

I've found appendix IWB to be the best all around (Ability to conceal & quick to access), but for me personally, it depends on the gun.  Otherwise, 4-5 with a lot of cant (Brommenland Max Con V being one of the best, IMHO).
