I've run out of Google fu and was wondering does such a thing exist. I mean an MTAC style where it's leather against the body and kydex against the pants. Would be for a glock 19 with Surefire x300 with a threaded barrel.

Try Working Dog Holsters

Good quality stuff and very well made. I have one for my G23 w/TLR1. I'm not sure if he does a Surefire one or not but it's worth asking. Plus his prices are great
