I use a PistolWear.com PT-2 and a Glock 26. I may sub a S&W 642 in the future but I'm happy with the combo. I tried a fanny pack but it bounced/flopped too much.

I've been using a smart carry with a Kahr CM9. I've also used the same setup with a J-frame.
Edit: I also buy my shorts a size small so I can remove the draw string. |

Below is a link to a similar one, but its not exactly the same. I believe they change up all their stuff slightly from year to year. Surf around on the sight and there's a few possibilities there for a small frame handgun. Fairly Close Match |

I run 4-5 days per week and have never carried anything. Too much weight to deal with. I just take my chances.

I've had two situations (no shooting) where it was a good thing I was carrying while running. Both of which were not in a "bad area." |

Was going to post a thread about concealed carry at the gym and stumbled upon this thread.
I have been looking into a belly band, and that seems to be very popular here. So my question is while using a bellyband what position is the gun located? Is it appendix carried, 3-4 o'clock? Does it matter with the holster, or is it personal preference? |

I use the PistolWear band which is similar and wear it in the front (12 o clock) just at/below the waistline. Body type and what activity you will be doing comes into play, if I need to do a lot of bending at the waist I will move it lower but it is more comfortable to run with at my normal position. |

My band has the holster pocket , Mag /knife pocket and another larger pocket for wallet etc! you can turn it around you to any position you want They should call waistband holster. So many guys think you wrap it around your Belly ![]() |

Any ideas other than a fanny pack? Thanks. I just tighten up the drawstring on my shorts, and appendix carry a PF-9 in a cut down DeSantis 1911 holster. I can't count how many miles I've ran/walked while wearing this set up. Not one problem so far. |

I took this pack out for it's initial run this morning.
It comes with a J frame holster with elastic on 1 side and webbing/velcro on the other. If you want to use the revo in vertical draw - it sits to tall: However as designed it rides well concealed in the horizontal It has two outside pockets for a small phone and ID or maybe emergency contact card. The zipper exposes to middle pockets. Accessory pouch on the belt, that is to small for a DROID The back of the unit has a textured material that doesn't slide around when wearing running shorts. Overall, good concept if your stuff fits in the pouches but I think I'm going to have the local gear guy build me a custom one. FWIW, I got this from NatchezSS.com for ~$20 + shipping |

A very light weight gun like the LCP. anything heavier, like a Jframe bounces around too much.
