Hello all,

Hoping someone can help - i've just fitted the folding stock module from vz58rifle (Czech Republic) http://www.vz58rifle.com/products/sklopny-pazbovy-modul-expert/ but is has a slight wobble to it. It fits with a dual/double bolt, one side screws into the stock, the other goes into the back of the reciever, but it doesn't have a slip mechanism, or some other way to get a precise fit. I screwed the bolt into the stock as tightly as possible, then screwed the stock to the gun. It was pretty tight and needed a bit of force to get the stock in the right orientation as theres a small tab on the bottom of the stock which has to clear the edge of the back of the receiver. Once the tab is clear though there is a small amount of play on the stock.

Just wondering if anyone else has fitted this stock/buffer tube and if they've managed to get theirs locked up solid, or if the wobble is just something you have to put up with?

1. Nice coloration on your 58. Looks good.

Maybe try some Loctite or similar to shore up the slightly wiggle. I have no experience with the stock itself. But considering that stocks are pretty much secured with a screw or two. You shouldn't be surprised with a little wobble.
