If I remove the handguard retainer off my pap m85 pistol nod replace it with a bolt on one. Will I be able to use regular ak/Draco handguards?

Not without modifying the rear of the lower handguard where it interfaces with the receiver, even then the Yugo top handguard is longer and there's no way to get around that(that I know of). Care to tell us what your plans are?
