It varies. Best bet is to use this site to get an idea of how much longer: NFA Tracker
It looks like turn around times are nose diving. I have a couple form 1's in from mid-Jan... I'm thinking I may see them back sometime this month or early April. Waiting sucks, but when I submitted the form I was expecting 6 months, so these nose diving times are a nice surprise. |

Form 1s efiled with trust are running almost exactly 3 months now.
Friend just got his approved on the 3 month anniversary (assuming there are no problems). Mine took 3 months and 2 weeks but included Christmas. |

My first stamp was 94 days. My second was for my M92 it was 128 days.

At 20 weeks I called only to be told mine had not yet been assigned to an examiner. I was not happy. A week later I called and was told it was assigned to an examiner the day I last called - looks like it fell through the cracks and once I called they immediately assigned it. I was then told the process started at that point and I could expect it in about four months. So I asked, nine months total, and was told yes. I was polite but firm, and I was told a gentleman by the name of Tim would call me back. He did about three hours later and told me I must have misunderstood what I was told, or the person I was speaking with must have misspoke, and it should be acted on this month. With my luck they'll find something wrong with the Form 1 as it is my first.

Form 1 mailed October 26
Received October 28 Check cleared October 29 Called for status update on March 9 - they had done nothing Called on March 16 and I'm told it will be four months, ask to speak to supervisor Supervisor calls March 16 afternoon and tells me I misunderstood - uh huh Check status on March 30 and am told it was approved March 29, expect stamp in 10 business days Stay on top of your applications lads. Mine fell through the cracks and the squeeky wheel got some grease. I'm convinced had I not called on March 9 they still might not have gotten to my Form 1. |

Anyone who gives you an estimate based on reality is just going to look at that site. Anyone who doesn't is basically just guessing...lol |
