Not sure if these have been mentioned before but Apex has Yugo M72 cleaning rod retaining plates in stock. They aren't exactly cheap but they are generally difficult to find. They should keep the cleaning rod from jumping out during firing. Perhaps you can fabricate your own if you don't care for the price. Just a heads up.
