That's a smoking deal considering virgin parts kit cost the same or more. Plus, that's a factory built weapon! I'm probably going to pick up one... or two.

I would have to agree, not a bad deal at that price.
If anyone runs into a dealer who has them in stock please inform us so we can place them on our Prices/Availability list ![]() |

Only took them how many years to figure out we wanted the AKSU style topcover and rear sight?

Century gets extra points for shipping with 2 30 round mags. Its ridiculous when $1000 AKs come with 1 5 or 10 round mag.

I just spoke to my very good/reliable contact at Century and these are on the way and are expected in for August. Then 5.56 x 45mm versions will follow during September. I am getting a 7.62 version for sure.

I think I'd wait for the 223. Wonder if it will come with hi cap mags? Speaking of hi caps....which other presently available 223 AK mags would reliably work in the Yugo?

My contact says the 5.56 version will use proprietary mags.

that would be a monumentally bad move on their part to make it use proprietary mags. i wouldn't even look at one at that point

Bulgy mags can be made to work with the M85. I doubt they're going to redesign the M85 trunnion any differently, so you should still be able to.

Looks really nice. Maybe I'll have to pick one up as a fun gun. I don't have many of those. They're all too damn practical
