One thing to consider is that you can start with the pignose and if you decided you want to go folder later you can just buy the folding adapter and it will install with the same screw holes you drilled for the pignose. The only thing that would make that impossible would be if you weld the pignose one.
Just wanted to give you that option too. I like the fixed stock I have, but who knows, I might want to change it up in the future. |

well you can't weld the pig nose block anyway its aluminum and the receiver is steel. go very slow when tapping don't rush or you will break it. I broke mine off in the last hole luckily, when it broke it left a little nub I was able to get on with vice grips.

how did you attach the "pig nose" ? i see that in the middle it has a raised piece, did you grind that down? thanks for your post

Just finished my SBR Draco. SLRrifleworks helped with the stock work and the SLR short break.
