How is it hoarding? Sounds like free market to me. Don't like it at that price, don't buy it, but it's not like I bought a pallet load of generators to sell for 5 times the price in a hurricane zone.

You're spun a little tight.

People who hoard will buy hard to find items at exobinant prices. I.E. panic buyers are hoarders.

Are you a panic buyer?
The 2nd Amendment is not about rights. It is about CAPABILITY. It is about ensuring the capability to respond to violence, and oppression. Not with 1 round, or 10, but with the full force of indignant violence deserved at a breach of our peace.

I'd imagine that's a bit subjective, but yeh, I turned him down.

The chrome model Dracos were only being sold by Classic Arms and they were going for $499.99 the last time they had em in stock.

I agree, the only dealer who is selling Draco pistols right now (Semper Fi Supply) is asking $605 shipped. From their inception on the U.S. market till today the price has almost doubled.

We are not sure at this time, there are no dealers in stock so we all are playing the waiting game.

I think Dracos in good to excellent condition will command high prices from here on out. What's not to like? They've earned a good reputation as reliable, and easily customized. The fact these were built just once as pistols rather than from some parts kits gives these firearms consistency other AK types may not offer... and as pistols are immune to 922r.

Very versatile and surprisingly accurate. In my State I could even have one loaded in a tennis bag on my front seat with a carry license - if one were so inclined. 30-rounds of 7.62x39... or more with a drum - that at least gets you on par with the Cartel goons... and by the time a mag change comes you've earned some serious respect.

They have that very high evil to size ratio that makes some gun buyers lose their mind when holding such in their hands. Once again, the only negative about these firearms is that "Century" name - but the "Draco" name seems to be holding up on its own.

I can see all Dracos starting at $1,000, since there is a supply limit, they will not wear out, they will continue to gain in popularity, and they now have that Grandfather status. The only thing that can hurt these are competitors offering AK pistols - and every one I've seen has been priced higher than a Draco and it seems there have been some reliability issues.

However, the above is just my opinion - come back here in 2-3 years to see what the market has decided as the going price.

If I recall, I bought mine for $299.

I have 3 Dracos and a Mini. If I can resist SBR'ing them, I might sell around election time. I have my eyes on a bigger prize right now.
I am a slave to my creations.... my image cannot be seen in them, but they bear my heart and soul - evl....

I've been building/buying AKs since the 80s...to shoot them and to collect them.
My aks would be one of the last weapons that I would ever get rid of, legally.

They will probably be back at some point. They probably make different firearms in waves. They will make WASR's for a while, then make the M10's for a while, then move on to other models as contracts get completed.

Importers are waiting for the prices to go crazy, then bring them in with a large price increase.

This is a gun board not GUN BROKER. Put it in the FS section with a price you want and go from there.
