THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
Do I need to be 922 compliance if want to turn my Draco into a rifle?
I tried searching older post but can't find any info.

Yes.

Debateable.... But I would like to prevent having that debate in a courtroom.... I would err on the side of caution and follow 922.

No, it's not debatable, it's down right stupid. I've given up trying to tell people that it doesn't apply to their situation and just say "yes/no" from now on. Everyone seems to think that EVERY rifle you own needs to be 922r compliant when it doesn't. Ugh...

IF you couldn't import it the way you want it, than it has to be 922(r) compliant. A pistol is importable so making it a rifle you gotta look at your U.S. part count since as a rifle it couldn't be imported. It would have to come in like a SAIGA sporter or however the hell the WASRs come in before Century monkeys with them.

Not a sidefolder. Fixed KVar WARSAW. My choice for a fixed stock on an AK as well.

ETA: The more I look at it, the more it looks like NATO length....
