I've given up trying to tell people that it doesn't apply to their situation and just say "yes/no" from now on. IF you couldn't import it the way you want it, than it has to be 922(r) compliant. A pistol is importable so making it a rifle you gotta look at your U.S. part count since as a rifle it couldn't be imported. It would have to come in like a SAIGA sporter or however the hell the WASRs come in before Century monkeys with them.

Not a sidefolder. Fixed KVar WARSAW. My choice for a fixed stock on an AK as well.
ETA: The more I look at it, the more it looks like NATO length.... |
