I was browsing buds gun and seen an aes10b but it says century improved the aes 10 by adding a heavier new barrel and bipod. Does this mean its not the original romanian chrome lined barrel?

The barrel is new and it's the correct Romanian chrome lined installed at Cugir factory.
I am very happy with mine, almost all numbers match, 1979 dated.
Classic has them too, they're description says:
"Based on the famous military RPK rifle, these are known as the worlds most accurate rifles."
Umm... sure.

That's just Century's standard text for the AES-10B to delineate it from the original AES-10 rifle that had a long skinny barrel on a standard AKM receiver and a funky bipod.

They do have some crazy descriptions they throw on things.
