I have no idea. Would a Russian RPK-74 fit? I know there are a couple of sources for those.

While I've not personally seen a Romanian dropcase specifically for the Romanian RPK or RPK-74, I'd imagine they were made.

I have a few Romanian dropcases for the Romanian MD-63 and AIMS rifles.

I misspoke. I meant Russian RPK drop cases from Russian Surplus. They also have AK-74 cases.
