I picked up a Polish Tantal kit a year ago, along with a NDS receiver and since I now have a spare NDS standard AKM receiver, I'm thinking about putting together a Polish AKM as well to have a "matching" set of Polish AKs.

I know I missed the boat on the flood of Polish kits that came in about 5-8 years ago WITH good barrels, but that's that...  I did OK with picking up 3 Romanian AKs (SAR-1, SAR-2 and SAR-3.) when they were going for $399.00 a pop, so I'm not crying about that since I'm OK with the deal of winning some and losing some in life!!

Anyway, I'm hoping to find a fixed or folding stock Polish AKM parts kit with or without a barrel. Are there any companies that are still selling them?  I've been searching the EE board for a few months without any luck.

How much would a excellent condition polish AKM kit be worth? What is the going rate for one in excellent condition with the original, matching barrel included?

$500-600 on gunbroker for an original barrel matching kit.Some go higher but that is about the average price right now.
And yes they are selling at those prices.

Look on gunbroker under polish, there are a few there.

Grabbed me another original Polish barreled UF kit here on the EE for a very good price.
Now i have 2 original barreled UF,if you can get the Polish barrel by all means get one they shoot lights out accurate.They are top notch quality.

That's outstanding.  Keeping my eyes peeled, will find one eventually.  

I'm having it built on a receiver from a Polish blank and that'll be as close as I can get to the real thing.
