Looks like a full auto Polish to me.
The 11 in an oval is the communist era Polish Armory mark.

I saw a KBK GN60 with 1991 stamped on it so they must have made milled rifles at least until then.

I would honestly have doubts about that one.  The markings look a bit suspect - a bit "homemade."  Especially if it's origins are Yemen.  Yemen, like the Kyhber Pass area in Pakistan-Afghanistan, has a lot of folks doing a brisk business with manufacturing and selling re-marked weapons.  You'll find some that are quite good; others not so great.  But many will have late dates, etc. as the consumers of these cheaper alternative weapons don't really care about the markings.  

With a high rate of illicit weapons available as well as those being manufactured in bazaars there, I'd hold off calling that rifle "original."
