I had an American Tactical Imports for a short while. It was a Tula parts kit built on a receiver from Extreme Machining. The receiver was not heat treated properly and had actually stretched and warped to the point where it wouldn't shoot 2 consecutive rounds and the dust cover wouldn't even lock into place. I ended up taking it back to the dealer and swapping for a Romy-G kit on an NDS-3. I had $375 into the gun, so I still made out ok.

I messed with one today at a local shop. When I pulled the carrier to the rear it would stay there... A good solid tap to the buttstock was required to get the carrier to go forward. They returned another one to ATI because of a host of other issues. I wouldn't waste the money.
