Hello,

I am looking for some help in trying to contact Lancaster Arms in Goodyear AZ. I have been trying to contact them for the last 2 months with no real success. If anyone can help me with another avenue of contact, I have tried the different contacts on their website with no luck. Thanks for the help.

Yes they are. Whether they answer their phone or their email is another story.

I truely hate to join this thread, but I too am currently being strung along over six months for a milled lower. We were instructed to "overnight" payment after we were emaild our invoice for receiver and custom serial number. It has been six months, dozens of emails, phone messages.... Why cant they send it or a refund? We lost the customer, and several of his other builds.... As he blamed us, he wanted a receiver more than his $ back.... So we lost a repeat customer because we overnighted our money when asked by Chet. I just dont get it......

The people running Lancaster Firearms are criminals. Nothing more needs to be said.

Contact the Arizona Attorney General's Office fraud division.

They know who he is.

yep, same crook, new address. He's got the back half of a rental unit, the front half is his former employee, doing general gun sales.

No to be confused with the other AK guy in Surprise, AZ, - Arizona Response Systems. He's awesome. Yep. Handsome too.

lancaster arms ,lancaster consulting. they use alot of different names they suck. customer service doesnt get any worse. there products look nice until you start to really look there guns over for canted sights front and rear. had to have my gun reworked by someone else. unfortunately i bought mine when they were just starting to get a bad reputation. at that time there wasnt that much info i could find on them. i found this site when i was having problems getting my gun from them and i was blown away by the info i recieved. im so worried about parts kit guns anymore all i own is preban norincos. not that there isnt awesome builders out there ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
