Along with a galil receiver barrel etc is there someone who would be willing to do the work to put it together for me? I understand whoever it would be would have no proir experience. I might even consider doing it myself. And no I don't have a source for them I was just thinking. This is hypothetical.

Where'd you get the CR21 kit?  I played with  one that a military unit had imported from overseas back about 18 years ago.  When Vektor was in business/Denel, they said they would not be available as kits since they had to make mods on the weapons.  We felt that was more so they could get a higher dollar value on their end rather than sell upgrade kits.

When they stripped the CR21 down, they found it was a basic Galil with modded barrel and adapter on the receiver.  The triggers were crap, and reliability was lower than the Galil SAR and Micro Galil we tested that IMI USA in Suburban Maryland had imported for testing by a Federal agency.

It was very compact, but heavy for what you got.
