there are some receivers and barrels out there to make them. I was going to, but my interests went another direction.

Yeah I saw those and that got me thinking. But I've never held one. So if I can buy an arsenal ak for 1200 exactly how I'd want it why would I go with this option? Besides look of course.

Vepr are less expensive than that, J&G and Centerfire have them at $699.95 Atlantic's price is 95 cents lower. They are very well made.
Buy the rifle and ALOT of ammo while both are inexpensive and available. |

ORF had the combo for sale at one time. You could buy the barrel and the receiver could be purchased with the 5.45 stamped on it instead of 5.45.
I wanted to get one as well but as stated above interests change and the wallet can only handle so much. LOL |
