Hi everyone,

I have a Zastava that I would like to fit the M.I. long Handguard to.  I was told that it wouldn't fit.  Has anyone tried to do this?  I realize the front sling loop will need to be cut off, and the brackets on the gas tube will need to be removed.  But other than that, will the clamps and everything fit?

The Yugo barrels are thicker than AKM barrels, so you may have to relieve the inside radii of the clamps in order to make it fit. People have done it with the Magpul Zhukov handguard, so you can use those tutorials as a guide.
