Never heard of them or seen these rifles before. I am intrigued. Anyone had any experience with this builder?

Velocity has been around for a while now.  I have purchased small parts from them in the past, but never firearms.

Looks interesting. Is that an AR compatible magazine or a 5.56 AK mag?

That's what I had been thinking as well, but I didnt think Tapco made 5.56 AK mags.

After googling....they do indeed.

Ok, and if I am reading correctly, you modify the profile on the feedlips of bulgarian/polish pattern mags to make them work? I have some beryl and 5.56 rpk mags...

Beryl mags will generally work on most of the AKM spec magwell/trunnion 5.56 rifles like the M85. Yes you just remove about 1mm of material from the area of feed lip that contacts the trunnion. Center support may also need to be shaved.

However the Tapco mags and surplus Yugos are so cheap and work well enough there's not much reason to.

That's what I figured. Thanks.
