How the hell am I supposed to hit anything? If the picture hasn't loaded, my new NPAP has a severely canted rear sight block. I was thinking about taking it to a gunsmith. Is there anyway to fix this? I mildly tinkered with it but it won't budge. Thanks in advance

If it affects function, send it back and get a new one. You paid for a new rifle, it should function like a new rifle.
