Anyone know where an inexpensive wood M70 stock can be had?  The muzzle brake I added to my OPAP helped with the cheek slap a lot but I don't want to ruin a nice wood stock experimenting on it.

Have you tried APEX?  You may just have to sand down the hump a little on the one you have.
