I am wanting to put a callapsable ar15 style stock on my m70. The only option I am aware of is the ace side folders. I'd prefer a fixed stock. Are there any non folding options from ace or other makers?

IIRC I think you can use a receiver block with a pig nose adapter for a buffer tube. The attach the tube and then the stock.

You just need the Ace adapter, Ace pig nose, an extension tube, and a butt stock.

I noticed the pig nose has slots in it. can it be ran offset to give a higher cheek weld? if so how does it hold up? has anybody welded the pig nose the other portion?

I would leave it and use locktite ont the adapter block and pig nose. You can adjust the height for a better cheek weld and even add the folding block if you want.
