did you post about this on gun values board yesterday? if so, that's a nice rifle. I think its worth about 5-700, but alas, im no expert. |

Nope. Not mine. That one has been refurbished and it also is not an "unissued"rifle.

Early Russian built SKS are going at least $600 (OK, $590 was a recent sale but close enough). If there is good bidding, a sale price over $750 is possible,

Priced have gone up over time. You might not pay it, but clearly someone is (look at the section on sold). That site doesn't set prices, rather reporting on what people are asking and what prices people are buying auctioned items.
