The serial number indicates it's a '73, slightly lower production year.  All numbers matching, grenade launcher, and appears to be unfired with cosmo still in all the nooks.

I just paid $450 for unissued one from southern Ohio arms
The one I got had two circled in the stock kind of liked like nail heads  but other than that it was brand new with all the extras

Very nice!  I bought 2 for IIRC $175 or $225 about 15 years ago FOR BOTH.  I think it was $175, but thinking back it may have been $225.  Soaked in cosmoline and included everything including the log book other than the slings.  Revisited them recently and fell in love again.  Nice handling quality built accurate rifles.  I am tall and it took me over a decade and a half to figure out to add an extension pad to make them enjoyable  The build quality on them is amazing and the fun factor is off the charts.

Some folks are asking North of $700, but they haven't sold in months.  Around $400 is the current average of all M59/66's, where a super nice unissued example with correct sling, oiler, tools and log book is a pretty good sale at $450-$500 with the right buyers interested.  For some backup data see the GunStockMarket M59/66 SKS price data.

I bought one of the "Cherry's" ones in beautiful condition, with everything matching serial numbers except for the carrier, for like $375 about 3-4 years ago.  Nowadays I think a matching Yugo in genuinely good condition is worth $450-500.  They are definitely drying up, and I think worth that price.

I bought 3 of them when they were about $100 ten years ago. They are fun guns but I wouldn't pay more than $250 for one now. For $400-500 you could build another AR.

A group of us at work bought a crate of the for 420 each shipped.  They were in what appeared to be brand new condition.  The one I picked was made in 72.   Not a mark on it anywhere.  All were matching serial #s

I agree, you could build another AR, but there is something about an sks that I couldnt pass up.  My uncle was the one who got me into shooting as a kid.   One of the first rifles I ever shot was his sks and M1 carbine.  See above post.  I couldnt resist when I saw the condition these were in.
