I picked up a few Type 56 SKS's from CAI back when they were doing the $1000 shipped for 5 deal and finally ran a few mags through them for the second time last week. One has a bolt hold open latch that's being ornery and won't work properly. I have thoroughly cleaned them so I don't think it's debris but a weak spring. I've tried hammering out the bolt hold open latch pin from both sides but it won't budge. Any suggestions how I could get it out?

Thanks

So it just needs to be beaten/pressed out? No tricks to remove it?

Some of them are extremely tight.

A good penetrating oil will help to get things moving.
I use a few different lubes, PB Blaster, Brute blast  or if
that doesn't do it I use the torq cb it works great
to loosen any crappy rusty fastener.
