I had a very good experience with customer service at SGworks and would recommend them to anyone looking at the type of products they sell.

I bought one of their bullpup stock kits USED from someone on Facebook. I did some cutting on the pistol grip to accept 30rd mags vs just 20rd or less.
I got carried away and made a mistake, then decided to completely remove the grip, I then made a trigger guard with aluminum flat and added a magpul ak47 grip. I still couldn't load a 30rd mag without having to cut on the magpul grip.

SGworks offers a factory modded grip section to accept 30rd mags. So I emailed them to ask about the new grip section.
I told them I bought it used, I told them I cut it up beyond what was recommended.

SGworks offered and sent me a factory modded grip to replace mine, and did so absolutely free of charge shipping included.
