I've got a Tula AKS-74U with a bluejack barrel, but haven't put many rounds through it.
Just wondering if some of you have put some serious rounds through a bluejack barrel, and wouldn't  mind sharing the overall performance and durability of the tube?
Thanks for your time!

Not a real high count on mine.  3k give or take a few hundred.  Still shoots great and is very accurate.  Bore doesn't show any wear whatsoever, still shines up like new when I clean it.

I'm at less than a thousand on mine. So far, so good.

I would like to get a spare just to throw in the parts box. My Krink would be one of the last guns I ever get rid of if I had to, so there is the possibility I will shoot it out in my lifetime (I'm 26).

If ARs are any indication, you can expect to shoot it out by about 10,000 rounds using FMJ bullets and not shooting to the point of making the barrel too hot. With bimetal jackets, maybe 5,000 rounds.

You'll know when the bullets go sideways into your targets.

I bet it would last even more than that.
I thought AR barrels wear out faster because 5.56 has more velocity?
7.62x39 is a fairly slow bullet.

The Bluejack barrels are for 5.45 AKS-74U style krinks.

I've only got a few hundred in mine. Maybe half surplus and half wolf.
