THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT Normally I'm a "live for the minute" type and will probably end up installing regardless but I would like to hear your opinions on the subject. |

If you're nervous about devaluing the weapon buy one of the krink top covers from k-var and modify that one. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I thought that way for a while but then realized every one of my friends who have sold one of their guns ended up regretting it in the end. Its two holes that can be filled and the top cover repainted. I worry more about things like theft, corrosive ammo, and $$$ for more ammo than two holes in a top cover. JMO.

I have an SLR-107UR too. I'm not going to do any permanent mods to the original parts, but I am planning on swapping out a top cover for the one with the peep sight. I don't think the SLR-107URs will be coming back again.

I know where you can get a Tula Krink top cover reasonably priced on the EE.... ETA: I was debating the same thing, and thinking about getting a second top cover for my Tula Krink. I ended up deciding to get a side rail and go that route instead. I won't be running a T1 anymore, but I'd like to pick up a Kobra next time I have the extra cash. |

Would this not work? You can drill this top cover and keep the original. |
