CNC/Bonesteel makes one for $150 or so.

I'm unaware of any option where you keep the tang on the rear trunnion which does not extend the receiver back to the tip of the tang, then adds the hinge mechanism.
In my case, I have installed the Ace receiver block on a MAK-90 and on a ROBARMS VEPR K with zero issues, but it is definitely a permanent option.... |

I think the beryl archer folding stock is a drop in replacement

Bonesteel lets you keep TANG ($150) and any E German, Polish or Romanian like this one (for $120 at WAC)..
(and yes thats a Saiga 762x39)
