I've been offered an SAR-1 in trade for a plain Jane palmetto AR I have for sale. I have Zastava AK and like it, but that's where my knowledge of AKs end, so I'm not familiar with this rifle at all. If I do this trade, I'll just be turning around and selling the AK. Would it be worth trading to resell, and would I get anymore than $600 out of it?

OP, as per the stickied post at the top of this subforum this is not the place to discuss values of firearms. Also, unless you are an FFL, what you propose doing may very well be illegal. Acquiring firearms for the sole purpose of selling for profit can only be legally done by FFL dealers.
