right i know the new wasr 10 is around that price but why does the older gp 10/63 command such a premium? am i missing something?

Thanks for the link.................do you guys who own Wasrs have any issues with mag wobble? I know these don't have the dimples in the magwell sides that usually prevented wobble, but I haven't heard anyone complain about the Wasr at all

There's supports on the inside of wasr receivers but with that being said, if it's an older one they can still have the magwells cut out too much and it will still wobble. My new wasr was too tight from the factory.

Thanks for the reply..........I am looking at these, the High Standard and the DDI under folders. There isn't much difference in price, but I want to examine them before I buy

I bought a WASR 10/63 at the KCR MGS from Coles (Not Copes) back in 2009 for $245. Wish I'd bought the whole rack. Bought my Mosin from them at the same time for $40.

Deals pop up from time to time (not for me)
My brother found a 10/63 nearby on Facebook for $500. He mentioned it to me knowing I'd be interested, I told him to buy it and I'd give him cash the next day. Long story short, he caught the AK bug that particular day and decided to keep it >:( I never can catch a good deal myself. |
