I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but he's ready. Press on thread adaptors for the Romy 74. A guy on the ak forum will cut the center hole for you based on your barrel size. I believe the price is $35 unless you need a custom diameter hole.

I wish this was around when I paid K-Var blood money prices for an original 22mm FSB to convert my SAR2

There was one for sale on another forum for only $295 last week. I can't bring myself to pay that kind of $.

Here's mine installed. Yes, I went the cheap route and got the CNC Warrior 22mm brake.

Dang, I was a bit miffed at paying ~$100 for my FSB. I wimped out and had Chris butler install one of his brakes with the oem fsb and an AKM gas block with the bayonet lug.

I have way too much invested in the rifle but, it is cool.
