THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
Say, can anyone identify a trigger assembly I saw on a YouTube vid a couple of days ago? It's the basic AK trigger assembly ya get if ya buy a Romanian AK parts kit off GunBrokers, but instead of using just the common retainer pin to hold the 4 pieces in place, this assembly uses a hollow dowel so ya can assemble all the pieces together outside of the reciever, then drop the trigger assembly into the reciever as a unit, then install the regular retaining pin thru the reciever and thru the dowel. Is it just a trigger from a specific country of origin or is it something custom made?

Ok, so I found that on GB. I notice that there is a single hook and a double hook trigger. What's the differece between the 2?

One has one hook and the other has two hooks. Some AK receivers can only use the single hook without modification for the double, just depends on the hole in the bottom that the trigger pokes through.
