Removed Front Site Post & connection Pins. But the Site post won't come Off the barrel.

Has anyone removed the Front Site Post? Any ideas for removing the post after the pins have been removed.

Vise, more heat & hammer (wood block) the barrel back while the post is being held by the vise!

Any ideas?

If you mean the front sight base, yes, try soaking it in kroil and using a hammer or heating it and doing the same.

Are you trying to remove the Front Sight Base or Front Sight Post?
To remove and adjust the front sight post it's best to use a Windage adjustment tool for the AK/SKS or use the buttstock tool kit.
To remove the FSB, your best bet is using a shop press as that is how they are pressed on at the factory.

If you're in the DFW area, I can do it for you. I use a modified pulley puller.
