I went on the hunt for a few about 10 years ago, with Chinese parts kits available and that front trunion being the only part missing. Called every AK related smith and shop I could find or was recommended - could never find any.

If you really really have to have one, you can buy a complete front end assembly from Polytech Parts and take the front trunnion from it.
