Seems Atlantic Arms has them. Are they a good rifle?

I don't see anything that fits that description. They did sell a milled underfolder using a Bulgarian AK-47 kit. Out of stock, and not Hungarian.

Aha, stamped receiver, your title asked about a milled AK which is why I couldn't find it.

It looks like they ran out of Hungarian wood and used black plastic instead. It should be the same as this model:
DDI SA-85m

Hungarian AK's always look nice.
