Bulgarian SA-93. I'm pretty sure there are pics of this rifle in about 10 different configurations on this site since 2005!

And there's no going back now. I cut the tang!

I had been looking for a SAS-M7, kept missing every one that came up on the EE by a day or by minutes.. I caught this one and it just happened to be one of about 30 that came with Bakelite.

I picked up this CAI NDS-2 '74 today. The sling is a USGI GP strap.

I've ordered some more mags for it along with a case of milsurp 5.45.

This is a Waffen Werks I just picked up. The wood was surplus crap, but I bought some mahogany Bombay stain and a semi-gloss cover and did this. Trust me, it looks better in the pics than in person. It is still a bit tacky for some reason, and I got some air bubbles using a sponge brush. My biggest problem is my god dam black lab, her hair is everywhere, and a few landed on the stock. Oh well, it looks better than it did.

I just got finished converting my Bulgarian "Arsenal" SLR-95. I bought the gun new back when they were just coming into the county for about $260.00 OTD. I replaced the trigger group with a Tapco G2 Double Hook Trigger Group. Replaced the butt stock with an Ironwood Birch Stock. The front hand guards were Bulgarian painted hand guards from an SLR-96 that I traded someone for that I stripped and refinished. The pistol grip is a Hogue AK grip. The wood was all finished with "Old Masters" Dark Mohogany penetrating stain and about 4 coats of "Formby's Tung Oil Finish then rubbed lightly with "000" steel wool.

Here's the before picture...(the one on the top is my Arsenal SA M-7)

Here's an up dated picture of the two...

Here is a picture of my SA M-7 with a scope...

Mother Fuck.....$260? Damn i thought i got a good deal at $600 when i bought mine. Then again i bought mine in like...2007? Somewhere around there. I still regret selling it to this day and i must have another Milled AK soon. I mean i did sell it for $900 that went towards my 1919 but i still regret getting rid of that particular gun.

I regret selling a really nice SLR-101S I brought for around $650 in 2003. Don't know what I was thinking. Millled receiver, very well milled and machined internals. It's the one AK I regret getting rid of.

I have a few Bulgy 74's but I'm fond of this one in particular. The one on the right. The one on the left is a Polish folder.

I recently acquired a Arsenal SLR-105 from forum member Bachelor_of_Science, and swapped out the stock and muzzle brake for Soviet laminate and a Soviet zig-zag brake. I'm very happy with the sale and the finished product...
