my CAI M70ab2-t under folder is so stiff that I can barley open and close it. At a glance the problem doesn't seem to obvious. Any thoughts?

Looks good with the bayo. How are your night sights? Tritium or paint. Mine has one of each. Still working on bringing them back to life.

I got this info from another poster. Ive looked into it and while its a bit hard to navigate it does seem to be the only way Ive found to get tritium inserts that will fit. Cheap toohttp://www.ar15.com/forums/t_4_64/155196_When_rebuilding_Yugo_night_sights_for_the_AK_how_do_you_remove_the_old_vials_.html

Replacement inserts are relatively cheap, it's finding surplus tritium night sights that I'm having trouble with.
