Need suggestion for a chamber brush for 7,62 x 39.  Would  a 308 work?  Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

If you want the exact correct brush, buy them from Brownell's.  The sell 7.62x39 specific chamber brushes:

You can find brass tube brushes at gunshows, see example in link. The handle can bend to get into tight spots.
