Hello all, i have her a just purchased. Today centurion 39 sporter. Got some pro mags and didn't seem like they seated correctly so I charged the handle to ensure it would feed  (pointed in the air) seems like the round isn't fully seated in the barrel and I am unable to pull the charging handle back to eject it. I'm pretty nervous and was just wondering if maybe I'm not pulling hard enough. Any advice?

Kick the bolt open.

Assuming here that you just can't pull the trigger.  You still need to find a safe location to do this.  Outside at least.

Saftey on,
Remove magazine, action cover and recoil spring.

Kneel with the gun in front of you, one hand on the handguard and the other on the charging handle with pressure.

Mortar the gun by striking the butt on the ground till the bolt retracts.

This.
My mortar method.
Crouch, LH on hg, RH on handle (rifle pointed up and in a safe direction), mortar and press down with RH.

YMMV
