They are the "best" budget minded AK for sure, but I think the SLR107R is probably the best deal going.

Great gun, It is as nice as any of my Arsenals.
Upgraded mine quite a bit as you can see.

Everyone can turn out a lemon every now and then, so there are bad Arsenals and bad WASRs out there. I have a couple Romanians and they're both accurate. I also got a great deal on an Arsenal. Although I didn't see any WASR bashers on this thread, they will show up here and weigh in on how a WASR is "terrible", you "must spend at least a $1,000 to get a good AK", "buy Russian, Chinese, Bulgarian or you're wrong", etc. Don't listen to any of that BS. IMHO the WASR is still what an AK was supposed to be: relatively inexpensive, tough, and dependable.
