Not sure what you call this part but the part above the front trunnion that is pinned to the barrel, the part the top cover hinges to... The one on my PAP seems to be canted to the left.



Then I see the front sight/gas block is also slightly canted. Didn't noticed that until after I had put everything back together and I didn't feel like taking more pictures but it's canted the opposite direction at the that dust cover sight block thingy I posted a picture of.



These seems to throw things off just a little. Is there an easy way to fix this? Should I even worry?

Hard to tell from your pics, but what you describe is common with PAP's.  You can try calling Century to see if they will exchange it for another, assuming you bought it recently.   If the gun shoots straight without crazy windage adjustments to the front sight, consider living with it.  Many others are like that.

Yup pretty common. Unfortunately no easy way to fix.

Mine is all catywampus.  TWS railed dustcover replacement and I don't notice it to due to the different rear sight I added and red dot sight.

That's the rear sight block. You can straighten that, as well as the front sight block, but if you can sight-in the rifle as-is and you can live with the cant then I wouldn't bother
