AKT in a SAR-2 - AR15.COM

Does anybody know if there are any issues with installing a ALG AKT into a SAR-2?

The AKT manual states that it may not fit in all styles of AK, and google is coming up empty about fitment in the SAR-2.

I've had this rifle for over a decade, but haven't shot it much due to massive trigger slap that I never fixed. It seems like the AKT would be an easy solution to that problem without all the grinding the factory crappy trigger.

I'd order it, I don't see why it would be any different from other Romanian rifles which the akt will work in.

I have an AKT in my Arsenal and I like the G2 better, the AKT is just too light and the break is too unpredictable.

I think alg makes a high power hammer spring that will add weight to the pull.

I have it installed, still too light for my tastes. I'm temped to put the factory trigger back in it and put the AKT in the EE.

SAR2s are mil spec receivers so it'll work just fine
