Obviously replace the (dot)'s with real dots, figured I'd try to keep their inbox from getting spammed. I should also note that if you email them, make sure you explain in detail what the problems are, and include your contact information that they can get back with you. I guess a small number of warranty repairs are being held up since they can't get ahold of the owners of the rifles.

I contacted them and they are taking care of me
